Your annual service fee supports the platform over the long run: continued product development and bug fixes when issues arise. On our Cloud private single-tenant deployment, the fee also covers the infrastructure, so it scales with the environment size we recommend for you.

Priced by quotation
Consultation generally identifies how the underlying technology can improve your finance processes, models and workflows. Work is scoped during discovery and quoted separately from the annual service fee. Moving from an existing system typically requires lengthier consultation and customization, because its logic and processes are harder to analyze than Excel workbooks.

We review your finance processes, source systems and goals. Most teams are likely to need a small amount of initial tailoring; discovery establishes what yours needs.

For system migrations, the pilot may run longer for a fee, with the duration and costs agreed in your quotation. All pilot costs and terms are set out in your quotation.

When we recommend our Cloud private single-tenant deployment, the service fee includes the infrastructure cost, so it reflects the size of the environment your team needs. Your quotation sets out the fee that applies to you.
